Pakistan beats NewZealand to level the test series

New Zealand Vs Pakistan
After losing the first match, Pakistan came back strongly in the three-Test series in New Zealand to beat the hosts comprehensively by 144 runs in Wellington. The star of the match was pacer Mohammad Asif, who finished with nine wickets in the Test.

The Kiwis continued with their sorry batting display, as chasing a mammoth total of 405, they were dismissed for 263. Asif was the wrecker-in-chief, first removing the top three batsmen cheaply and then coming back to wipe off the tail to register a splendid five-wicket haul.

Asif troubled the batsmen by swinging the ball both ways. He combined pace
with variation in length, luring the batsmen to drive the ball. Asif once again teamed up with teenage sensation Mohammad Aamer, who continued to impress with his fiery bowling, picking up two wickets. The pacers were well supported by spinner Danish Kaneria, who accounted for three Kiwi batsmen.

With the series in level with one win apiece, the third Test, starting on Friday at Napier will be an interesting contest.
