India beats Bangladesh comprehensively


India begins their Asia Cup 2010 campaign in style by beating Bangladesh very comprehensively. The initial crackers by the Bangladeshi batsmen were a delight to watch. But soon Indian bowlers had their grip on the game as they limited Bangladesh to a small total of 167 in 34.5 overs. Sehwag was a surprise bowling package claiming 4 wickets at a cost of just 6 runs. His best bowling figure.

In reply India scored the required total in just 30.4 overs and also gaining a bonus point. Gambhir scored 82 and bagged the man of the match award. Dhoni scored a helping 38. India is now on the top of the points table with 5 points followed by Sril lanka on 4 points.
