India vs Zimbabwe 2013 ODI Series Live on Ten Cricket in India

India vs Zimbabwe

Time for another cricket series involving India and this time the opponents are Zimbabwe. It seems as if the world champions are on a world tour and aiming to beat each and every team they face. India didn't lose a single match in the Champions Trophy 2013. Then they toured West Indies for a tri-series which also included Srilanka. India won the finals there against Srilanka. Now they tour Zimbabwe which will be followed by Champions League 2013, India vs Australia ODI series and also the much awaited India's  tour to South Africa. Indian TV viewers can enjoy India vs Zimbabwe 2013 ODI series live broadcasted on Ten Cricket.

Let us have a look at the schedule of this series:

1st ODI - 24th July - Harare Sports Club
2nd ODI - 26th July - Harare Sports Club
3rd ODI - 28th July - Harare Sports Club
4th ODI - 1st August - Queens Sports Club, Bulawayo
5th ODI - 3rd August - Queens Sports Club, Bulawayo

It is a great opportunity for Zimbabwe cricket to rebuild the passion of cricket in their country especially with the world champions touring them for a series. It would be a great advantage for Zimbabwe if more such teams regularly tour Zimbabwe for cricket series. Once a well renowned team that created a lot of upsets seems to be lost somewhere. The more they play International cricket home and abroad, the more they would regain their lost glory.

The squads declared for both the teams are as follows:
B Taylor, T Chatara, E Chigumbura, M Chinouya, G Cremer, K Jarvis, T Maruma, H Masakadza, T Mutombodzi, N M'Shangwe, S Raza, Vusi Sibanda, P Utseya, S Williams, B Vitori,

V Kohli, S Dhawan, R Sharma, S Raina, D Karthik, R Jadeja, M Shami, A Mishra, P Rasool, C Pujara, A Rahane, A Rayudu, M Sharma, J Unadkat, V Kumar

We hope none of the cricket fans would assume this to be a one sided affair as Zimbabwe has a good team and they will also enjoy the home support. Surely Indian team won't take them lightly. This series serves another good opportunity for Virat Kohli to lead the side in absence of captain Dhoni who is on a well deserved break. We will keep you updated with news, previews and reviews of all the matches.
