Ind vs WI 4th ODI Live Star Sports

Series is leveled 1-1 and here we have the two teams locking horns for the 4th ODI match. The 3rd ODI match was called off due to cyclone. The venue for this ODI is picturesque Dharamsala! As International cricket returns to this beautiful hill station almost after two years, one must not miss even a single moment of this enthralling contest. Get glued to the TV screens as you can enjoy live telecast on Star Sports with English and Hindi commentary. Also enjoy live cricket streaming on Star Sports official website.

After losing the first ODI miserably, the Indian team bounced back with a comprehensive win in the second ODI. Batting first India scored 263 runs losing seven wickets. It was good to see Virat returning to some good form. He scored 62 runs from 78 balls. Suresh Raina contributed equal runs in 60 balls. We saw a blast in the end by MS Dhoni with 51 runs from 40 balls. Taylor took three wickets for West Indies.

In reply, the visitors started off well with a 64 runs opening partnership. They lost wickets at regular intervals and fell short of 48 runs to Indian total. Smith scored a brilliant 97 off 97! Pollard scored 40 from 50 deliveries. Shami shined with four wickets while Sir Jadeja clinched three. Amit Mishra was impressive with two wickets.

Akshar Patel has been added into the Indian squad for last two ODIs. He has been highly acclaimed for his good all-round display while playing for his IPL franchise Kings XI Punjab. He comes in handy with his batting and bowling. One might say he is similar to Ravindra Jadeja. Hence unless and until Jadeja is rested or its a very spin friendly pitch; its highly unlikely that Akshar would play today.

On one hand we are just few months away from ICC Cricket World Cup 2015, India is yet to decide an ideal opening pair. Shikhar Dhawan has seen loads of ups and downs in his form. Rohit Sharma looks good with him batting up the order. Rahane is again not an ideal choice due to his low strike rates. Lot of confusion ahead for MS Dhoni for the World Cup preparations. Not only in the batting but also in the bowling line up.

Teams around the world trying too many permutations and combinations to settle down to the ideal line up! Nothing new before a Cricket World Cup. Meanwhile a photo of team India's arrival at Dharamsala.
